Introducing Friday Yoga

Through my background as both a Sports Therapist and Yoga Teacher I have a huge passion for encouraging health and wellbeing. My dream is to share my love of wellness, breath and movement and its inclusiveness to all ages and abilities.
Influenced by my teachers, nature and those around me I aim to bring a unique sense of connection and exploration to each class that I offer.
Through movement, stillness, breathwork and exploration my goal is to have you leave my classes feeling a sense of clarity and relaxation.
believe that everybody is unique and it is important that we listen to what feels right from within and find safe alignment during each posture. My goal is to create a non judgemental and safe space that you feel instantly welcomed too.
Friday Morning Class
I invite you to begin your Friday on your mat with me for a welcoming rise and shine practice. Throughout the class together we will flow through a series of nurturing and dynamic postures whilst focusing specifically on breath, postural alignment and relaxation. This practice is welcome to all ages and abilities so whether it’s your first time practicing or you’re a seasoned yogi there will be plenty of modifications offered throughout.
